The company's officers have 100+ years combined management and operation experience in direct marketing, magazine and book publishing, fulfillment and operations, database and list development, research and market analysis.

President John V. Moore is founder and President of ITW Marketing. He brings 30 years experience from the database marketing and publishing industry. He was previously at Abacus as Product Marketing Manager responsible for product lines totalling $18M in annual sales. He formerly founded and operated a successful INC 500 company, whose primary business was 6 monthly trade publications. Moore grew his company to over 50 employees and achieved annual sales revenues of 5 million dollars. He was publisher of "Best Computer Magazine of 1990". He has significant executive experience in high growth INC 500, mid-sized and Fortune 500 firms.

Sales Vice President B.J. Reeves Moore, Ph.D. is founder and Sales VP of ITW Marketing. She has substantial executive experience within the list brokering, advertising and publishing industries. Moore was previously Vice President of Database Publications, Inc. and brings national client relationships from advertising agencies, list brokerage, and catalog industries

Marketing Director Michele Page is Research Director of ITW Marketing. She offers significant experience in marketing, competitive analysis, customer interaction, modelling capabilities, and technology. Page has worked previously with a large communications firm developing new product strategies and marketing campaigns.

Account Executive Sara E. McEachern is the primary Account Executive of ITW Marketing. She has 10 years experience in the list industry with experience ranging from list management, list brokerage and industry trade shows. She manages the on-going relationships for ITW clients, providing business consulting on direct marketing with extensive experience with both internal research tools and networking with other major list providers on a national level. Her high level of customer service has been recognized by multiple major vendors.
